Monomad :: Some pictures of small spiders pouncing on their prey (Oxyopes salticus).

How are you friends today, I hope you are always healthy and all activities are carried out by God Almighty.

A few days ago I came across some pictures of a small species of spider called Oxyopes salticus and I saved some pictures of this spider in my draft for posting today in this beloved community.

I found this spider pouncing on its prey and at that time I witnessed the way this spider pounced on its prey and according to what I saw this type of spider was very tough, able to paralyze prey that was bigger than itself.

And at that time I took a photo with several sheets of images. After I took several pictures of this spider species, I tried to release the prey that the spider had trapped, but failed because this spider would not release its teeth on its prey.

In the end I didn't choose to let it go anymore because the prey that was pounced on by this spider had died from its strong and poisonous bite, so I finally chose to go home and leave the spider.
