The hostel [EN/ES]

One of the jobs I have done most often here in Havana is real estate or architectural photography, a genre that has its difficulties, since it has some technical parameters that must be respected.
In these works, one of the things I most enjoy doing are the exteriors of houses and rooftops where I try to achieve views that make the properties stand out.

Dentro de los trabajos que más a menudo realizó aquí en La Habana, está la fotografía inmobiliaria o de arquitectura, es un género que tiene su dificultad, ya que tiene algunos parámetros técnicos que deben ser respetados.
En estos trabajos una de las cosas que más se disfrutan hacer son los exteriores de las casas y las azoteas donde trato de lograr vistas que hagan destacar los inmuebles.

This is the most recent work I did, it is a rental, a hostel with several rooms, with this beautiful rooftop, prepared for the enjoyment of its guests.
I always try to look for compositions that give the feeling of comfort and well being, that way my clients will have better results when promoting their spaces.

Este es el trabajo más reciente que hice , se trata de una renta, un hostal de varias habitaciones, con esta bella azotea , preparada para el esparcimiento de sus huéspedes.
Siempre trato de buscar composiciones que den la sensación de confort y bienestar, de esa manera mis clientes tendrán mejores resultados a la hora de promocionar sus espacios

In the case of this hostel they intend to provide breakfast service, so they served one of the tables with some products to take pictures so that potential customers can see the views they have while enjoying local fruits in a delicious breakfast.

En el caso de este hostal pretenden dar servicio de desayuno , así que sirvieron una de las mesas con algunos productos para tomarles fotos y que los potenciales clientes vean las vistas que tienen mientras disfrutan frutas locales en un rico desayuno.

Another space to highlight in this terrace would be the bar, which has some tables and a bar, where cocktails will be served to the tourists who are renting these houses. Probably with Havana Club rum as one of the main products.

Otro espacio a destacar en esta terraza sería el bar, que cuenta con algunas mesas y una barra , en donde se servirán cócteles a los turistas que son que alquilan estás casas. Seguramente con el ron Havana Club como uno de los productos principales

I found very interesting in the bar the statement with antique mosaics surely recovered that make it stand out for its diversity and colorfulness.

Me pareció muy interesante en la barra la declaración con mosaicos antiguos seguramente recuperados que la hacen destacar por la diversidad y colorido.
