PASTEL DE CARNE DE RES-----Beef meatloaf

Buenos dias a todos, por ser viernes vamos a cambiar un poco el menu habitual o sea el que tiene como ingrediente principal el pollo, pero esta ves vamos a utilizar carne roja o sea de res y molida o picada, para cocinar dicho pastel de carne se debe utilizar los siguientes ingredientes, como bien menciones lo principal es la carne molida o picada, pimienta negra, sal, un poco de salsa de soja, un poco de pan rallado, huevos y un poco de tocino.

Para emesar a cocinar, agregamos la olla en la hornalla de la cocina, le vertemos un poco de aceite, cebolla y ajo bien picados, luego la carne molida o picada, un poco de tocino bien picado, revolvemos y le agregamos sal a gusto y pimienta, negra, dejamos que se cocine, mientras hervimos el huevo, cuando notamos que esta cocinado, le agregamos pana rallado, un poco de salsa de soja, por supuesto apagamos el fuego, luego le agregamos el huevo duro bien picado y revolvemos bien todo, despues tomamos una fuente en donde agregamos un poco de mantequilla, luego la masa, puede ser de tarta y arriba de esta el revuelto antes mencionado, luego lo llevamos al horno para que se cocine un poco un poco y listo.

Next, take a baking dish, grease it with a little butter, lay the pie crust in it, and spread the mixture on top. Finally, bake it in the oven until it’s lightly browned, and you’re done.
