Today, it's a reminder of that beautiful wish.

I had only 2 people back then to share with, mostly I used to steal stamps from my father's letters or buy from the collectable shops. I don't know if anyone sells those anymore or not, but I miss those moments in life...

Make sure the therapist has good references.
If possible, have someone accompany you to therapy.
