This is such a beautiful place to have fun but why is there nobody playing there? I guess they will still come over when the sun is down

To be fair, small parks are everywhere in Japan (well, at least in this city). At least every few blocks you will find a small park. So there are plenty of places for kids to play. The playground things in the photo above were just painted anew. Previously all the paint was flicking off and it looked really old. Looks so much better now.
