Amazing Cassava Crispy Wade.

Have a great day my dear friends 🤗. I hope you are well. Today was a rather relaxing day, so I thought I would have some food that is unique to Sri Lanka. Cassava is one of the most harvested crops in Sri Lanka. Its potato part has more calories than other potatoes. It also contains starch. It contains many nutrients. I am preparing to make crispy from cassava.

Materials Used.

Cassava 500g .
1 Onion.
2 Green chili
Curry leaves.
1/2 Teaspoon of Salt.
2 Teaspoon of crushed chili powder.
350ml coconut oil

The cooking process as follows.

Before we prepare this, we have to finely cut onions, green chillies, curry leaves. Also, remove the skin of the cassava and wash it well.

Now grate the cassava. The finely grated cassava should be taken in the palm and squeezed well. To remove its water extract.

The cassava after removing the water extract should be put in another container. Add chopped salt, curry leaves, raw chilies, salt and crushed chili powder to it and mix it well.

Make the mixed cassava mixture into small balls and make them thin.

Now we are getting ready to fry this. For that, take a vessel, put coconut oil in it and put it on the stove. After it heats up, add cassava wade and fry it until golden.

Now, the crispy taste is a snack that can be easily made at a low cost and is perfect for tea time. A delicious snack because it's Crispy day. It can be done in less time. Try to prepare this too. Hope to prepare another interesting one in the future.
