The thrill of walking on a frozen river. (9 Photographs)

Hello hive community.

I hope you are all having fun. Today's post is actually a post describing natural beauty. This post contains photographs of a beautiful natural scene of a frozen river and high mountains standing on its banks. These are photographs taken during Chaddar's visit. Chaddar is a famous trek which is visited by people from far and wide. The river seen in these photographs is the zanaskar river.

This beautiful place is famous for the chaddar trek. This place is located in Ladakh state of India. The main feature of this trek is that during this trek one has to walk on the flowing zanaskar river. You may be thinking how to walk on a flowing river but the title of this post explains it all. This river is flowing but the upper layer of this river is frozen with ice.

The experience of walking on a river of ice is thrilling. The river Zanaskar passes through the mountains. So, during the whole day, the sun comes only during 2 to 3 hours, in the rest of the time, the shade of the mountains stays here. So the temperature of this area goes as low as -30 C. This is the first time in my life I have experienced such a thrilling and river walking experience.

This river is winding and passing through the mountains. Due to the mountains on either side, this river passes through the rocks. The river makes a beautiful sound due to its constant crashing against the rocks. This sound is mind blowing as the surrounding environment is very quiet.

One should not dare to bathe in this river or drink its water without heating it. Because the water of the river Zanaskar is so cold that if you go to bathe in this river, your body will become ice and if you drink this water, your esophagus will become ice.

The zanaskar river passing through the mountains creates a truly beautiful natural scene. I have no words to describe the beauty of this nature. I have shared all these photographs with you here including the photographs standing on snow. This experience is truly unforgettable.

If you like my post and my photographs, please let me know.

I sincerely thank you for visiting and reading my post.

You have some excellent shots here. I love the blue sky and the gray mountains. Walking on ice is always an adventure, but I'm not sure if I'd have the courage to walk on a frozen lake.

Anyway, lastly, I'd like to remind you that engagement is key on Hive, so I hope to see you commenting more in the upcoming future.

i glad you like my photographs @erikah . I agree with your second point. And I am willing to come here again and again. But my post is not getting the same support as other people's post is getting so I consider the time wasted to come here. That has happened many times in the past with my posts. Thank you very much for visiting my post.

"But my post is not getting the same support as other people's post is getting so I consider the time wasted to come here" .... i muted you based on your comment.... in particular, the "I consider the time wasted to come here" part. That's why you are muted from the community. You can invest your time and content in other places that won't waste your time.

@badge-696969 There is a difference between what I say and what you understand. What I meant to say is that in HIVE I made many posts in many other communities but those posts did not get the support I wanted. Waste of time meant to say that even though it was a long post, it didn't do any good. I didn't mean to hurt anyone's feelings by that. I apologize if that happened. So sorry for that. Please unmute me from the photography community.

"I consider the time wasted to come here" It was not for the photography lovers community. Even after that I wrote a sentence that has happened to my post in the past. Which was based on the post mentioned in this link post. I wrote that post for the writing community. It took me 2 days to make that post.

I agree with you 100% that there are many people in HIVE who are willing to help newbees and who actually help. Like the sympathy you gave me is a big deal for me. Your ecency points help also encourage me to post in HIVE and come here. HIVE also has many good people like you who help selflessly. When I started HIVE 5 months ago I found one such person HIVE when I could not create post due to Low RC error then he gave me RC on leas due to which I was able to move forward in HIVE. His ID is @bhattg who helped me selflessly. Apart from that, I met many people who have been helped in this way. It hurt a bit yesterday but thinking about it isn't going to change anything. @melinda010100
