My Actifit Report Card: July 31 2025.............Throwback Thursday 👣💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠

Hello everyone 😻,

Happy Thursday 🎊 and a very warm welcome to my report. The last day of July is here. It's been another ordinary day stepping it out and it's now time to slow down and report on how my day went. Of course not forgetting the trending stories that caught my eye 👀.
So without much further ado let's get into that and more 💨.
So I began my day with a brisk walk around the neighborhood. Pretty sunny 🌞 and windy as I made my way around the park.
Later on after about 20 or so minutes, I was back indoors getting on with the usual house chores.
Next I looked at some of the trending stories and also watched a bit of you tube and Twitter.
In the evening it was still sunny as I left for my sunset 🌄 walk. I did a few rounds in the neighbourhood before heading back indoors
I made it back safe and sound and have been watching the news and just relaxing😹.
So let's proceed to look at some of the trending stories.
Starting off in Gaza, Israeli airstrikes targeting Hamas kept going resulting in 41 deaths across the strip😿. 19 people killed while waiting for food aid.
Many NGO's including the UN have blasted the futile food airdrops as most of the food is destroyed crashed and mixed up with sand as Palestinians scramble to get some of it😿.
Up to 600 trucks of food are needed to get into Gaza per day to avoid hunger and deaths but Israel lets in only 67 trucks🙀.
That death toll from hunger expected to rise as one in three people in Gaza doesn't eat for days on end. Children bearing the brunt of the hunger😿.
Across the border, US special envoy Steve Witkoff, is in Israel as he met PM Netanyahu in West Jerusalem.
Tomorrow he is expected to head to Gaza to inspect food aid supply to Palestinians at the infamous GHF, where 1,157 Palestinians have been killed since May as they sought to get food aid🙀.
Israeli forces have made it a habit to fire live bullets into crowds of hungry Palestinians😿.
The German foreign minister is also in Tel Aviv as he pushes for the two state solution to the war in Gaza. Canada and Portugal have since joined the call for a two state solution to bring lasting peace in the region💯.
Also trending, The Israeli military has launched a massive series of air strikes on several areas across Lebanon, as they try to disarm Hezbollah.
In the other war, Putin still going ham on Ukraine firing missiles and drones into Kyiv.
14 people killed including a child , amid destruction of infrastructure and buildings🙀.
There have been anti corruption protests in Kyiv forcing president Zelensky to walk back on anti corruption legislation.
Across the pond, Trump has blamed Hamas on what is going on in Gaza and asked them to surrender and release all Israeli hostages held in Gaza.
Meanwhile, the White house is getting a new $200 million state ballroom capable of seated capacity of 650 people on 90,000 sq. feet. The project will begin in September 2025 to end long before Trump's term is over.
Finally, in crazy weather, the search and rescue efforts are on in China as flood waters have started receding, more than 40 people are feared dead😿.
Meanwhile in Spain, wild fires in several locations are keeping fire fighters busy as they try to contain them as much as possible. Lets hope everyone stays safe💯.
