Hello everyone 👋,
Happy Thursday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my world 😊. It's been another superb and active day. I must add that am grateful and appreciative of this day. As bedtime beckons, am raring to go with my stepping activities and also share some of the trending stories I came across. So today is not that different from yesterday. I had two major walks in the morning and evening. As usual started with the fast paced brisk walking, it was a cold cloudy morning as I made my way. Then I was back indoors for a little bit of the daily house chores. Another little bit of walking in the afternoon to the shopping centre for cooking groceries. Followed by the usual nap. Finished off with the slow paced evening walk enjoying the cool evening breeze🍃. In between I was following up on the trending stories and crypto analysis news.
So what's trending? Locally the election stalemate continued as we wait for the aggrieved side to file their case at the supreme court. Lots of chest thumping, accusation and political shenanigans going on😹.
Globally, trending in Ukraine, the Turkish president and UN chief met president Zelensky in the city of Lviv. Of course discussing a range of issues including the shipment of grains, that nuclear power plant situation among other stuff. Still in Ukraine, it appears Ukranian attacks in Crimea have weakened Russia's military capacity👏. Across the pond in the US a Trump executive has pleaded guilty to tax fraud😱. Elsewhere crazy hot weather in Oregon as temperatures touched forty degrees celsius, don't know how much that is fahrenheit😹. More crazy weather as the wild fires continued in Algeria.
