Well, in my opinion, that's a silly, vain and useless discussion. AI is no more than another computer/digital "tool" to help us write and create our texts and ideas with a better grammar and orthography. Absolutely similar as using the grammar corrector of Word Office or even using online translators like Google Translate, DeepL and many others. Which a huge majority around here use anyway.
So, how is it that those "others computer tools" are not forbidden, punished, excommunicated, ostracised and seen in a bad shade to create "original" content that could be rewarded by the purist grammar dictators and "curators" of the Hive blockchain? Could it simply be because they don't have the alleged "infallible tools" to detect and identify when these other sorts of AIs have been used?
So if someone goes to chatGPT and asks for a 1000 word essay on some subject, takes the result to Hive, posts it and declares "I wrote this," you'd be OK with that?
My un-ease with it is similar to my unease with cheat scripts and bots in games... it stops being about who is the best player and becomes about who has the best script. What's the purpose of even participating?

That's the thing. No one needs to declare anything. You just post your shit and that synderesis and "common sense" reign free.
The best purpose of participate is just doing your thing without you having to give a damn what everyone else is doing. You don't have why to feel like you're competing with anyone. And if you do, then find better cheat scripts and bots to beat them in your own mind game.
