Greetings to lovers of feathered friends. I am happy to participate in this round of the "Show me a photo" contest.

I hadn't participated for a while and I love that @nelinoeva encourages us to show the pictures that make us smile.

On a recent walk I took to a park near my home called Laguito, I was able to photograph several birds. Macaws, pigeons, geese and several species of birds arrive there. It is a very beautiful and peaceful place.

The geese were resting near the lake. But there was one that caught my attention because it looked like a statue, it did not move at any time while not only I, but other people, photographed it. I think it was sound asleep in the morning sun.

While I kept walking and photographing other birds, like a little goose with his mother, he remained as he was in the picture, indifferent to what was happening around him. Calm and confident that he could continue to rest.

Macaws are wonderfully colorful birds. I wanted to take a picture of them in full flight, but I think they were eating and did not move from the tree while I was there watching.
