My Actifit Report Card: October 10 2025

Hello Actifit Community...

This afternoon, I decided to take a leisurely stroll around the village in the Simpang Tiga area of ​​Bener Meriah. The sky was overcast, but the atmosphere felt calm and cool. The air here was very fresh, typical of hilly areas far from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Despite the overcast sky, gentle sunlight still penetrated the clouds and gave the surrounding scenery a warm hue.

I walked along the clean and tidy village streets. On both sides of the road, I could see residents' yards filled with various vegetable plants such as chilies, tomatoes, mustard greens, and onions. Each house seemed to have its own small garden, as if the residents here were accustomed to living in harmony with nature. On one street corner, I saw a thriving onion garden, its fresh green leaves neatly lined up on the damp soil after the light rain earlier this afternoon.

Not far away, I could hear the sounds of children playing on the village soccer field. They laughed heartily as they ran after the ball, oblivious to the darkening sky. This simple sight was incredibly calming, reminding us that happiness can come from the small things around us.

Although this village is not far from the city center of Bener Meriah, the atmosphere is very different. Here, life feels calmer, more natural, and full of warmth among the residents. People I met on the street greeted me with friendly smiles, as if everyone knew each other.

Walking on a cloudy afternoon in Simpang Tiga village made me realize that beauty doesn't always have to be found in famous tourist spots. Sometimes, beauty is all around us, in village alleys, in simple gardens, and in the fresh air we breathe every day.
