A day in February

Recently, I've been facing some health issues which have accumulated over the years due to my sedentary lifestyle. I'm sure most of you know it - long working hours, too much stress, never-ending screen time and little sleep can damage our body and mind.

After multiple appointments at doctor's offices and advises that I don't fully agree with I have decided to change my lifestyle, and see if my health will improve without taking multiple pills a day. I have only started a few weeks ago, so I will not exaggerate the results as so far I don't feel too many changes.

Spending time in nature is not so easy in winter but we finally have some sunny days, so I go on long walks to get some exercise and vitamin D.

Yesterday was such a lovely day and I would like to share some photos from my walk with you.

It was also quite warm, so there where people sitting on benches and working on their laptops. I might take mine next time too 🙂

The winter this year has not been as cold as usually. We didn't even have snow! It's not like we usually have snow for months, but every year there is some for a couple of weeks. It wasn't even properly freezing yet.

Everything has its pluses and minuses, and I would say that pluses of this winter are flowers blooming in February. It's a treat for the eye.

In the evening, we planned to meet with our friends for dinner. On the way to the restaurant, we enjoyed a beautiful sunset. We were in the car, so the photos are blurry but this is exactly what I like about them. I find them somehow artistic 🙂

We had a great dinner and a perfect end of the day. Such days will be in my focus this year, and I will share some impressions with you here.
