It was a trip down memory lane closer to my heart than you think! I remember visiting here with my father. Do go onboard those boats outside if you ever get the chance. It is quite the experience!

Hi @pixelhuntersam! I'm glad it took you on a trip down memory lane so close to your heart! That means a lot to me. I can remember years ago when our daughters were still small, we also took them down there and we were also able to get on board those boats outside. But for some reason, as I mentioned last week, this time we were facing "No Entry" boards when we wanted to go onboard. I checked online, and it definitely seems like we should be able to still go on board, so we are definitely going back.

Thank you so much for your input and for your feedback, I really do appreciate it!

Have a great day!

My father who has sadly passed used to take me to all kinds of places. When I saw your photos it was a fond reminder of him. Hopefully, your daughters will be able to look back and feel the same way one day.
I look forward to seeing some more memories from inside those boats!

Hi, @pixelhuntersam! I am so sorry to hear that your father is no longer with you! But you clearly have fond and great memories of him! That is special and something you can hold onto!

Yes, I do hope I can leave something behind for my daughters to treasure one day. We do have very good and close relationships with both our daughters which I am very grateful for!

I am definitely thinking of going back to the museum again and seeing if I can get some photos on-, and inside the boats!

Have a great day!
