My Actifit Report Card: April 6 2023

Hello everyone 😁 how was your day today? I am back once again to report on my actifit activity today yay 😁

When I arrived at my usual walking spot this morning. I noticed this motorcycle parking in the park itself as you can see in the picture above. I'm just astonished by the level of stupidity of this rider. There is a reason why there is no road that leads to the grass in the park coz it's not allowed but he still had the audacity to park his motorcycle in the grass. I wanted to shout at him so badly but I couldn't. I mean I could but so many what if's are popping in my head. What if he has a gun? First thing that came to mind so yeah just leave the idiot be but I'm still angry seeing it unfold in front of my eyes. I started doing this morning routine to lessen my stress levels but now I'm even more stressed. So to get rid of this stress, I decided to continue my walk in our wharf to chill myself with the sea breeze.

I was able to remove the stress I felt this morning when I saw the sun rise. It 's not the most majestic sun rise ever but it still beautiful plus the cool sea breeze really works wonders when you are angry. So next time when you feel angry, go to the seaside if you are near the sea. You can feel the difference really and it works like a charm 😉 Nothing else went on this morning and so I went home stress free...
