A Festive Christmas Extravaganza!

A dazzling and impressive celebration during the Christmas season? Ah! This is not Paris, not even Cappadocia, but these are lovely Christmas decorations in Camp Phillips, Bukidnon, Philippines. Isn't it beautiful?

Every year, I have been excited to explore places of several municipalities and barangays in my country because of the festive celebration of Christmas not to mention the presence of lively Christmas decorations, colorful lights, and several themes that make the season more wonderful.

And that, many individuals, like me love to capture the scene at night when the display becomes so dazzling and stunning. I never thought that the display would be a combination of the most famous historical landmark, the Eiffel Tower in Paris, France together with the many colorful hot air balloons that reflect Cappadocia’s Hot Air Balloon Flight in Turkey.

What a wonderful delight to see a display that creates a breathtaking Christmas scene worldwide just like here in Camp Phillips that not only showcases the culture of the Philippines but as well as making a theme that has the most favorite tourist destination that embraces the holiday spirit with a festive scene.

Excited as I was to capture the scenic views, I strolled through the streets of Camp Phillips adorned with vibrant ornaments and sparkling lights. The decorations were truly so amazing and I must say that it had a perfect blend of creativity and traditions. From the Christmas around the world theme to the captivating lights, indeed, Camp Phillips is a perfect holiday destination with the presence of its bazaars nearby.

Meanwhile, I passed another portion and had a q of the view with the Christmas tree as my subject surrounded by the green leaves in a landscape. The Christmas tree was made of recycled and indigenous materials surrounded by lamplighters and sparkling lights.

Even from afar, the little pineapple Christmas decoration representing the Del Monte plantation at Camp Phillips was visible too. It was a relaxing view since the spot was full of ornamental plants and the well-landscaped space became more beautiful with the dazzling and stunning Christmas ornaments.

I got closer to the huge Christmas tree and I was so impressed with how it was created. The indigenous materials and recyclable materials used were so perfect. At the back portion, only the sparkling lights were visible with the huge Christmas Star at the top. And what made it so amazing was the presence of the Christmas Belen that reflected the real meaning of the Christmas season.

I was so delighted to capture the nativity scene with an extraordinary exhibition of the unique art and sculptural representing the Birth of Jesus Christ. There were sheeps, angels, shepherds near the manger, along with the three kings, and all that represent the nativity story in the biblical scripture.

Perhaps it was a memorable night as I felt the magic of Christmas with the beautifully adorned spot. So, isn't it beautiful? As for me, I would love to affirm with a resounding yes since the spirit of the season was so loud that captivated my heart with its unique allure. Here’s to more festive extravaganzas!
