Amazing Nature - Micro-Fungi-World
Hi There!
Yesterday I went with my son on a mushroom picking trip - it is late autumn already and not so many edible mushrooms left, but still, the forest looks amazing and still some mushrooms can be found.
In the meantime I was looking for some inspirations in a macro world of the smallest ones - micro fungi on a trunks of cut trees.
The colors and the variety of shapes amazed me. Pity i didn't have any good macro lens - the only one I had with me was a tele lens 70-300mm so it was hard to shoot sharp images with hand held camera. using the maksimum zoom I had to shoot from a distance of 1,5 meter, magnification was quite good but the lack of light on the forest floor didn't help to use faster shutter speed. I had to rise up the ISO to 400 which affect the quality a bit...
Maybe next time I will take tripod and do a proper photo sessions for these beauties.
For now - few inspirations, few shots of amazing world of micro mushrooms (or maybe mold ;))

The purples in those first two shots is super cool.
