"Walk With Me"

Me, myself, and I
I'm out here on my own again
The stars are shining over me
Even in the shadows, I can still see

Natures embrace is what I seek
I won't go back there and surrender, to a man of hate
I live my life with good intentions, spreading love all around me
My friends got me back in the right rhythm, another night, I'll find my way again

I know that I'm only human, but I swear my body's falling apart
Being alone with nature allows me to reset and gain new energy to empower me during these dark times
This has been the darkest part of my life, never thought that I'm strong enough to make it through another day
Somehow I found inspiration from the trees near my door

I live my life this way when I'm alone all day
Being alone with nature allows me to find inner strength and embrace the peace and grace
It's hard when you can't find your way
But when you're lost. It just feels like home.

Whispering waterfalls a nature's lullaby
The only company the lonely traveler needs
Majestic trees the color so vivid
Wind chimes drift throughout this sacred space
White light shining from the floods of sunshine

A fresh start, a new feeling comes
I forget all my worries
Walking down this trail, guide me

I need nature to save me
Wake up the animal in me
Into a new, I must be reborn
Off this path, my health will not survive

Walk me to a place where the sun can't go
We're going to dance all night with star light
On a field where the earth is going wild
Let's walk together moving into the dark.
