It won't take all that long until you're out of my life
We'll all be a memory among countless goodbyes
I want you to know that even though in time we'll fade away
Your presence will be something I will never forget

Let's make sure that we leave a good memory
Be part of somebody's past they will never forget
Share our moments with each other and keep on smiling day by day
There's no such thing as forever so be sure to leave a good memory

It's time for us to part and with each goodbye comes pain
But know that I have cherished all the moments you have shared with me
Although I'm scared of the outcome, words go unspoken in time
Each one of you will be cherished by the heart of mine

You told me that you'd stay forever
All those days we spent together
The moments linger in my heart
But all those times have come to an end

I hope that you will still remember me when our paths crossed
And be sure when you go, that you were loved all along
Let love be the sweetest thing we shared today
That can be the moment that will never fade away

When hard times come rolling by, try to find some courage inside,
We both know in the end it's just a little lie,
So take the courage to move on trying to make it through one song,
Be sure when you go, that nothing can go wrong.
