“New Light”
The feeling of despair has creeped in me and it’s getting difficult to let go
I’ve been fighting against my inner demons for a while now
Leaving me with exhaustion that I can’t seem to recover
The lines of path will cross and we shall meet each other once more
There’s no telling on when will it take place but it will happen
Revealing the beauty of distance that we once have
Starting a new life in an unfamiliar place has brought me the realization that I need
Bringing me the light that will guide me in this treacherous path
I feel safe because of your warm embrace
Hoping for a new dawn is not something in my desire
To allow destiny to take place in my existence is a blessing
Relieving me with the pains that this life has brought me.
