Flower photography from today's walk

Whenever the boredom kicks in, I find the pleasure to go for a walk around my neighborhood and bring my phone with me in case I see something interesting to photograph.

Photography has always been a hobby for me, ever since I got my phone that has a camera I started taking photos often. It may not be every day but every time that I had an opportunity to do so I take as many as the time permits. From time to time, I browse through my camera roll check the photos, and then categorize them in albums or folders on my phone and computer. I think that recording life's moments is an important part of our life and not just an image that is saved on our computers.

I remember when I was still young, my mother used to take photos of me and my siblings when we were small kids, she would bring the films to a photo studio for processing and then a few days later she would claim the physical photographs. It was a tedious process and it's also costly that's why she treasures our photos so much that she will keep them in photo albums for safekeeping. She's not doing it anymore because she already learned how to use phones and social media platforms to post the photos she took.

No matter what the medium is, I think it still has a therapeutic effect so I also make use of my free time and energy to take some photos whenever I go for a walk around our neighborhood.
