"Embracing Rain"

Amidst the difficulties that reminded me of the burden of this journey
A feeling of bliss has provided me with the peace that I've been craving for sometime
It's been a while since I felt the serenity of a moment that's passing
I know that we can't deal with everything that will crush us

We can't tell the reasons why hiccups happen every time we try to fix things
No matter how difficult it is, we always find ways to get it through
To move on at this pace that we are making is something that could happen soon
Let's just face tomorrow with a sense of optimism towards the future

How many times will we ever cross paths and never get to see each other?
Let destiny work out the means for us to run free without being held captive
We now have the freedom to go out with our desires setting the directions for us
Let's shine and be the sole driver of our journey towards our dreams

I hope that we are now ready to face reality at this time
Let's not keep it held by the fears that prevented us from taking a step
The pains that numbed our feelings have turned us into a mess
Let it go and embrace the rain while we wait for the coming sunshine...
