Indeed, he/she always comments some meaningless stuff. A real annoyance.
Yeah, some people even think that account is actually a bot :) I think she is just an ignorant comment farmer who writes random generic short comments on people´s posts without reading them. And she also never bothers to reply to anything. A real annoyance indeed.
