I still can't even imagine how the heck they built this 161 meters tall building 600 years ago? I mean, just to get to the top takes time, and the materials, and other stuff? And today, we are not capable of assembling the IKEA furniture without 20 pages manual! 😃
Anyways, I have one person by my side that every time we visit some place, we have to check out the local cathedral, or church... and... the latest addition is to check out if there is a castle around, as we have to check that out too! 😃 There you go, you can add that to your list too, as castles are also a kind of "time capsules" 😃

Omg yes exactly!!! I'm so glad you relate to that. Whenever I look at these architectural marvels that were built centuries ago, I too cannot wrap my mind around the fact that this was done completely with manpower and 0 machinery. It's honestly so crazy to me. And more importantly the details and the beauty! The buildings today, even with so many technological advancements look so mehhh. Minimalism is just ruining everything 😭
Haha yes! You definitely need a person like that by your side. Castles are my favorite places to visit as well! And being in Germany, that has the highest number of castles in this world, I'm definitely going to go all out 😂
Thank you for such a thoughtful comment and curation 🤗✨
