Somehow, after reading your post, I think we will meet again very soon as it looks like you will come back to Spain... 😃 Mediterranean coast is huge and you will need more than 1 visit to check it all!

Yes, that is true :). This summer will be Italy though (already reserved) but after that ... probably Spain again. (In a meantime Northern Europe can be nice too, and Balkans of course haha)
