POULTRY FARM AND WHY PEOPLE EAT LAYERS BIRDS FOR MEAT CONSUMPTION.

I want to use this medium to greet all great Hivers. How has been your day so far, hope you are all doing good? I'm positive minded that it's all well and fine.

Sometimes circumstances make People to water down their choices of needs and wants this is arguably because of one reason or the other. Normally, people believe that Broiler meat is the best form of meat to consume but still some people do not find it amazing to it which is down to many reasons and their choices. When you are able to come across some customers they will let you know that they don't eat broiler meat at all. That they prefer to eat layers meat to broiler meat.

And when you look at the layers meat, when it's prepared and consumed, it's not always meaty and its tastes like local chicken meat. Unlike broiler chicken that when it's prepared, it's normally full of meat covered with it's flesh which is known as cholesterol( though advice to be removed before one consume it because it's fatty.

Another reason why most people prefer consuming layers birds as meat is because it's affordable. It's affordable in the sense that, the price is not as much as that of Broiler birds. But it's good to bear in mind, when these layers birds are sold, mere seeing them; they are always skinny and very light but still people prefer it.

One more reason why People prefer layers meat again is that because of the taste, as I have mentioned earlier, layers chicken meat tastes like local chicken meat. So people prefer using it as meat to Broiler meat which people know as agric chicken. And moreso, it's maybe because it's less fatty and has lesser protein.

An additional reason why it's preferable is that, layers birds easily accessible in the sense that, basically layers birds are reared for egg production, so at the end of laying terms, I mean when they are done laying eggs, they sold for meat consumption. So they are kind of meat that you can easily get in the market.

In conclusion, lot of people prefer layers meat is down to so many reasons if you ask one, two or more people why people consume it. The funniest part is, you will find someone who's wealthy and who can easily afford Broiler meat by thousand fold but still prefer to eat layers birds for meat consumption.
