POULTRY FARM AND THE SIGNIFICANT GROWTH OF THE HOME MADE CHICKEN PRODUCTION.

I want to use this medium to greet all great Hivers. How has been your day so far, hope you are all doing good? I'm positive minded that it's all well and fine.

When you look around and search houses you will observe that almost 40% of Nigerian homes rear Broiler chicken and this is down to the fact that development was assisted by closure of borders for more than eight years most especially the Idi-Iroko border. The closure of these borders assisted the growth of rearing home made broiler chicken.

Aside the development of houses rearing and showing interest in rearing Broiler chicken, it has been confirmed that home made production Broiler chicken production has been found to be more healthier than the imported the chicken. This is how I observed, aside even that the Nigeria made Broiler chicken production is healthier, we eat stronger chicken than the foreign ones. It's not that I am trying to castigate the foreign imported chicken production but the he chicken has been way better.

I have been able to come across foreign dressed chicken, they are fully with soft bones like chicken of not less than four weeks. But the home made chicken here that we produce here in Nigeria are majorly six weeks chicken production and means of preservative measures giving to these dressed chicken that are imported from neighboring for example like formalin( that is used to disinfect poultry farm), imagine is now being used to preserve imported chicken which could be dangerous to human health which is condemned by the National Agency For Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC).
