I want to use this medium to greet all great Hivers. How has been your day so far, hope you are all doing good? I'm positive minded that it's all well and fine.

If you are someone who is likely to always check on my blog, you would have noticed I'm more into talking about rearing Broiler birds for business and the likes. I have been able to talk about so many things necessary and unnecessary which I feel that could be of help of help and serve as a guide when you go through my contents. So this's one of the reasons I want to talk about this particular aspect.

What really prompt Broiler birds destroying habit.

Normally, Broiler birds do not just start picking ground or peckers continuously on any hole they have found in the pen. It's something that prompt their destroying habit as I have said. The thing when you starve them too much and you keep wondering too much around the pen. They will looking for things to pecker on destroy, even the iron feeders.

Before I go any further, I just want to use this moment emphasize more on how it's important to always feed your birds every now and then. Aside the fact that feeding them at times prevents them from destroying the floor and the wall, it also help the birds from picking things from where they do their droppings which could cause them to develop gastrointestinal problem.

So the best way to prevent them from digging holes in the pen is to feed these Broiler birds always. Apart from what I have I mentioned above, the amount of feed you give them I'd equally the amount of weight they will bring out. Feeding them always is of many advantages far than the disadvantages. This is why you need to feed them always because it's they are already accustomed with by pecking feed all the time.

If people starve them, it's no wonder they become destructive and start looking for food. How very cruel.

Yes
When they are starved, they become destructive. That's when you will see them pecking their iron feeders continuously, digging and expanding small holes to bigger ones. It's crazy. Thanks for stopping by Ma'am.

I thought that they perk on the floor to look for worms for food, never knew that hunger will make them do so repeatedly.
Thanks for sharing this important information with us.

Normally! It's birds habit to peck the wall, floor and in between sands looking for what isn't lost. In that process they destroy. Only God knows how many times I have patched my pen floor on different spots. Thanks for stopping by....
