In life, growth remains important and we should always have it at the back of our mind that change is constant. No matter what we are passing through in life we should always make sure that we grow positively because change is constant. Growth and change go hand in hand and they they seem interwoven.

It's just like a healthy plant that start developing from seed level to when it reaches to be harvested. That's how we should always learn to grow positively no matter what. Growth in Human and animal is the process of increasing in size, stature and physique.

As we are growing physically, we should also try and grow mentally and emotionally. The aspect of our lives should show traces of the fact that we are growing.
