Northern lights in The Netherlands and Belgium, thanks sun!
Aurora Borrealis
People travel to Spitsbergen, Greenland and Lapland to see the magnificent spectacle of Aurora Borrealis with their own eyes. But thanks to an overactive sun that released a massive plasma cloud on the 9th of October, the phenomenon is now spottable in Belgium and The Netherlands.
Especially in the Northern provinces of Holland the lights are very visible and clear. Something I never thought I would witness here in my country is now happening regularly, thanks to lots of solar flares!
Isn’t that just awesome?
Sincerely,

Definitely! I heard that it can come in different color hues, sometimes red?
