In this life we are living, we have different phases of life, each stages of our life has a plan, purpose, and mission to accomplish. All the inhabitants of the earth did not come into existent at the same time or day. Even Adam and Eve, in the bible were not created on the same day. We have a purpose, and we get rewarded depending on our strength.

In the system of Nigeria, no man can get paid equally. It can't be. People aspire for this kind of a life, but it won't be possible.

Mosquito bites you because that's its purpose, a Troupe of mosquitoes can't bite you at the same time, and you can't kill them at the same time. Some would be killed and some would escape.

In Nigeria, no government parastatal will pay workers equally, especially the amount. It can't happen, and I don't even see it happening. Our fingers and our heights are not equal.

In civil service, you get paid due to your qualifications, your level and, your promotion, growth in knowledge of the work. So when monthly payment comes, it won't be equal.

The more you get promoted in your place of work place, the more your salary increases but can't be equal with others.

A teacher teaching nursery one, can't get the same salary given to a teacher, teaching in Primary 5. Note, it is based on level, quality over quantity delivered and qualification.
There are some people that will accept this fact, of getting paid equally. Just like that? Well, there is nothing wrong with that, if you have enough to share with others.

Now, if I were the one in the system. I won't have done such a thing. Marketers don't get equal payment unless a particular product has fixed price.
Therefore, walking according to your strength and qualification is better. If you don't like the way your boss is paying, you can have wisdom of changing things or get yourself improved, in whatever field of life.

Equal payment could create a lot of war and not paying Equally reveals the essence of reality.

Reality would always reveal itself at every space.
