Greetings great people of hivelearners participants, welcome to another featured topic, this one is interesting to participate, share your ideas or opinions on mental health. This is pertinent for everyone to know in other to avoid traumatic experiences in their well-being.

Mental health is a state of mental well-being that enables a man to cope with the stresses of life, discover their abilities or potentials, learn well and work well, communicate eloquently and contribute effectively to the growth of the society.

But, unfortunately, we have people who are careless about their mental health, depriving themselves happiness and other tangible activities that will make them relieved of some tedious work.
People with good mental health are always cognitive in their thoughts, behavior, towards others or something.

To have effective mental health, we must be extremely careful about life and the activities we engaged ourselves. Anxiety, depression, stress can affect our mental health and disrupt our personal routines for a whole day or more days. It may land us in the hospital, and much money spent over a little thing. Most of us are engaged in many jobs at a time, not having a second thought if it will alter our health. Of course, it does to several of us who want to make a huge amount of money just to cater for our family and others. We are humans, we need rest and a lot of intake of fruit and water to maintain our body stature.

The reason we are having our young men and women on the street walking mad, naked, is the kind of food they take, what they get indulged. The outcome of it lands them on the street. So many factors contributed to mental health disorders. Like, cocaine, cigarettes, nicotine, are more frequently displaying negative emotions or feelings that lead to mental disorder.

Stress.

Stress could also be the cause of mental disorder. I could recall, months ago I was mentally disorganized because of stress, it shews on my face, my body, and I was seriously sick for months, I couldn't go far. I had to take a break, eat nutritious food, take enough sleep, and drink enough water, after some days, I regained my strength, everything in my body returned to normal.

Therefore, mental health is about how people react, think and feel about situations in life. Did I make mentioned of relationships? Oops, at times heart break could lead to mental disorder. We must be careful with the people we mingle with.

let's check out a few tips that could help us develop our mental health!

1. Value yourself:

Always treat yourself as a king or queen, with respect. Take yourself out, give yourself fun, be excited, create leisure time for yourself and avoid self-criticism.

2. Care

Take care of yourself mentally, physically. Get to improve or develop yourself in other areas of your life.
Eat good food, exercise yourself.

3. Relate with good people:

Surround with people who could influence your life to be a better person.

4. Be purposeful.

5. Be passionate about what you like.

6. Be optimistic.

7. Have your goals written down.

8. Have a healthy relationship.
