I don't know the author so I will put unknown author as credit.

I AM NOT GOING BACK TO CHURCH

A young man approaches a pastor and says:
– Pastor, I'm not going back to church!
To which the pastor asks:
– Oh! And can you tell me why?
And the young man replies:

• Oh my God. Well, because on the one hand I see a sister who speaks ill of another sister; on the other hand I see a brother who does not read well; the choir is unbalanced and out of tune; people look at the mobile during the service and better not talk about their selfish and arrogant behavior outside the church...
  And the shepherd tells him:
• You're right. But before I leave the Church forever, I would like you to do me a favor: grab a glass of water and walk around the church three times without spilling a drop of water on the ground. After that, you can leave the church.
  The young man thought that was a piece of cake.
  And he did the three laps just as the shepherd had asked him. When he finished, he went in search of the shepherd
  – Done, pastor
  And the shepherd asked him:
  – While you were walking with your glass of water, have you noticed if any sister spoke ill of another?
  The young man:
• Nope.
  – Have you seen if any person was being inconsiderate with other visitors in the church?
• Nope.
  – And have you seen that some were engrossed in their phones?
• Nope.
  And the shepherd finished:
  – I'll tell you why: you were concentrating on your glass so as not to spill the water. Well, it's the same with life. When our hearts are focused on Jesus Christ, we don't have time to see the mistakes of others. Who leaves the church because of the hypocritical Christians is that he never really entered because of Jesus.

Since you have risen with Christ, seek the things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God. Focus your attention on things above, not on things on earth, for you have died and your life is hidden with Christ in God.

Buenas tardes a todos amigos, que Dios les bendiga.
Generalmente no soy de compartir palabras que no sean escritas por mi, pero hoy compartiré esta historia que es muy práctica.

El autor lo desconozco así que le pondré como crédito autor desconocido.

NO VOY A VOLVER A LA IGLESIA

Un joven se acerca a un pastor y le dice:
– Pastor, ¡no voy a volver a la iglesia!
A lo que el pastor pregunta:
– ¡Ah! ¿Y me puedes decir por qué?
Y el joven responde:
– Oh, Dios santo. Pues porque por un lado veo una hermana que habla mal de otra hermana; por otro lado veo un hermano que no lee bien; el coro está descompensado y desafinado; la gente mira el móvil durante el servicio y mejor no hablar de su comportamiento egoísta y soberbio fuera de la iglesia…
Y el pastor le dice:
– Tienes razón. Pero antes de dejar la Iglesia para siempre, me gustaría que me hicieras un favor: agarra un vaso con agua y da tres vueltas a la iglesia sin verter una gota de agua al suelo. Después de eso, puedes dejar la iglesia.
El joven pensó que aquello era pan comido.
Y dio las tres vueltas tal y como el pastor le había pedido. Cuando terminó, fue en busca del pastor
– Hecho, pastor
Y el pastor le preguntó:
– Mientras caminabas con tu vaso de agua, ¿has notado si alguna hermana hablaba mal de otra?
El joven:
– No.
– ¿Has visto si alguna persona estaba siendo desconsiderada con otros visitantes en la iglesia?
– No.
– ¿Y has visto que algunos estuvieran absortos en sus teléfonos?
– No.
Y terminó el pastor:
– Te voy a decir por qué: estabas concentrado en tu vaso para no derramar el agua. Pues con la vida es igual. Cuando nuestro corazón se centra en Jesucristo, no tenemos tiempo de ver los errores ajenos. Quien abandona la iglesia a causa de los cristianos hipócritas es que no entró nunca de verdad a causa de Jesús.

Ya que han resucitado con Cristo, busquen las cosas de arriba, donde está Cristo sentado a la derecha de Dios. Concentren su atención en las cosas de arriba, no en las de la tierra, pues ustedes han muerto y su vida está escondida con Cristo en Dios.
