Good afternoon friends, may God bless you, we continue with the book of Romans of the sacred scriptures, today I share with you a passage where we are encouraged to be compassionate, patient and helpful, following the example of Jesus Christ, and to find comfort and hope in the Scriptures as we live our lives in love and service to others.
The passage says like this:

Therefore, we who are strong must bear the weaknesses of the weak, and not please ourselves. Let each of us please his neighbor in what is good, for edification. For not even Christ pleased himself; but as it is written: The reproaches of those who reproached you fell on me. For the things that were written before were written for our learning, so that through patience and the comfort of the Scriptures we might have hope.

Romans 15:1-4

Paul refers to the example of Christ, who sacrificed his own comfort and pleasures to bear the weight of the problems and criticisms of others. He did not seek to satisfy his own selfish desires, but gave himself completely to the service of others, even in the face of opposition and insults from those who rejected him.

The apostle also points out that these lessons are not new, but are rooted in ancient teachings found in the Scriptures. It reminds us that the patience and comfort we find in God's Word give us hope and enable us to live in ways that honor God and selflessly serve others.

Buenas tardes amigos, que Dios les bendiga, seguimos con el libro de Romanos de las sagradas escrituras, hoy les comparto un pasaje donde se nos anima a ser compasivos, pacientes y serviciales, siguiendo el ejemplo de Jesucristo, y a encontrar consuelo y esperanza en las Escrituras mientras vivimos nuestras vidas en amor y servicio hacia los demás.
Ek pasaje dice así :

Así que, los que somos fuertes debemos soportar las flaquezas de los débiles, y no agradarnos a nosotros mismos. Cada uno de nosotros agrade a su prójimo en lo que es bueno, para edificación. Porque ni aun Cristo se agradó a sí mismo; antes bien, como está escrito: Los vituperios de los que te vituperaban, cayeron sobre mí. Porque las cosas que se escribieron antes, para nuestra enseñanza se escribieron, a fin de que por la paciencia y la consolación de las Escrituras, tengamos esperanza.

Romanos 15:1-4

Pablo hace referencia al ejemplo de Cristo, quien sacrificó su propio confort y placeres para llevar el peso de los problemas y las críticas de los demás. Él no buscó satisfacer sus propios deseos egoístas, sino que se entregó por completo al servicio de los demás, incluso enfrentando la oposición y los insultos de aquellos que lo rechazaron.
