Midnight Walk

We went for midnight walk around the town and holy cow it was dead. I saw couple people, but mostly the streets were quiet and even the Christmas lights are now turned off.

Yeah, Christmas is over, but my wellbeing needs some kind of decorative lights around the town until March because the days are still short, dark & boring.

And the fact that there are no people around to make the place lively. Now it's just dead town waiting for easter & start for the tourist season and that is still so far away.

And when I have Mariano with me, we walk in a day some 10K steps, so it really gets boring really fast when there is nothing special going around.

And incase you are worried for the late night walks alone in the streets, don't worry.

It's so safe in here and late night walkers this time of year are usually other dog owners or gay men heading for a party and they could not bother less with me.

Yeah, just burning time here until spring arrives.

Perhaps people got tired of parties and such during the holiday and they are spending more time in bed especially it is midnight as you mentioned. Great to know it is safe out there. I hope you enjoyed your walks with Mariano :)

It's mostly like that when it's the holidays, everyone is at home, with their family, or maybe they're too cold to go outside. And probably not doing anything, not a single store to go out... Enjoy your walks with your dog as much as possible
