Today was a day full of movement – 17 km on the bike and 12.5k steps! 🚴♀️🚶♀️
The morning started earlier than planned – I woke up an hour before my alarm. Instead of rolling over and trying to sleep, I decided to leave earlier. On my way to work, I stopped at a park to catch a moment of peace. 🌳
I sat on a bench, watching people pass by and taking in the morning nature around me. That short pause gave me more energy than a cup of coffee – and I didn’t even drink coffee today! ☕🚫
Work felt like a whirlwind 🌀 – organizing meeting schedules, choosing decorations, cutting, planning projects… A day full of tasks but also full of small satisfactions. And while the kids adjusted to the new situation instantly, I’m still learning to find my own rhythm.
Despite the exhaustion, I feel grateful – for being where I am, for the honest conversations with children, for their trust, and for the parents’ support. A big hug from one of them today truly gave me a boost. 💛

Dziś dzień pełen ruchu – na liczniku 17 km na rowerze i 12,5 tys. kroków! 🚴♀️🚶♀️
Poranek rozpoczął się wcześniej niż planowałam – obudziłam się godzinę przed budzikiem. Zamiast przewracać się z boku na bok, postanowiłam ruszyć w drogę szybciej. Zanim dotarłam do pracy, zatrzymałam się w parku, żeby na chwilę złapać oddech. 🌳
Usiadłam na ławce, obserwowałam ludzi, ptaki i poranną naturę. To taki moment wyciszenia przed całym dniem pełnym obowiązków. Zauważyłam, że ten krótki odpoczynek dał mi więcej energii niż kawa – a dziś kawy nie piłam wcale! ☕🚫
W pracy – jak w kołowrotku 🌀 Organizacja grafiku zebrań, wybór dekoracji, wycinanie, planowanie projektów… Dzień pełen działania, ale też satysfakcji. I choć to dzieci szybciej weszły w nową sytuację, ja powoli uczę się łapać swój rytm.
Mimo zmęczenia czuję się wdzięczna – za możliwość bycia w tym miejscu, za rozmowy z dziećmi, za ich bezpośredniość, za wsparcie rodziców i za każdy przytulas, który dodaje sił. 💛
