Mamá y unos girasoles muy especiales // Mom with very special sunflowers

Hola, bienvenidos a mi blog. Este es mi primer contenido fotográfico presentado en Visual Shots, una comunidad que admiro mucho desde hace tiempo, reconozco que me suscribí también hace bastante tiempo, si recuerdo bien, creo que lo hice cuando estaba recién fundada y bueno, aquí traigo con mucho placer unas fotos tipo close up y en otros planos, incluyendo algunas macro, como homenaje a mi mamá que este lunes 14 de agosto estuvo de cumpleaños. Mi mamá, la mujer risueña como la he descrito en otras publicaciones, llegó a sus 74 años. Ella está en Venezuela y yo en Colombia, atendiendo la salud de Alan, mi hijo menor, así que este año es la primera vez que estamos separadas en esta fecha super especial. Pero, como les digo, estas fotos son en su honor. Las tomé hace dos años en su casa, ella estaba muy feliz con sus nuevas flores de girasol. Mi mamá acostumbra a sembrar semillas de vez en cuando y siempre logra que crezcan algunas plantas, como ésta que creció muy alto y dió más de 20 flores. Mi mamá estaba muy feliz y gracias a Dios pude tomarle algunas fotos e inmortalizar este momento de felicidad de mi madre.

Hello, welcome to my blog. This is my first photographic content presented in Visual Shots, a community that I admire a lot for a long time, I admit that I also subscribed quite some time ago, if I remember well, I think I did it when it was just founded and well, here I bring with great pleasure some close up photos and in other planes, including some macro, as a tribute to my mom who this Monday August 14 was on her birthday. My mom, the laughing woman as I have described her in other publications, reached her 74th birthday. She is in Venezuela and I am in Colombia, attending to the health of Alan, my youngest son, so this year is the first time we are separated on this super special date. But, as I tell you, these photos are in her honor. I took them two years ago at her house, she was very happy with her new sunflower flowers. My mom is used to sow seeds from time to time and she always manages to grow some plants, like this one that grew very tall and gave more than 20 flowers. My mom was very happy and thank God I was able to take some pictures and immortalize this moment of happiness of my mom.

Recuerdo cuando abrió la primera flor y en los días siguientes increíblemente se convirtió en un verdadero bouquet de girasoles. La planta creció tan alto que mi mamá usó una escalera para poder admirar sus flores.

I remember when the first flower opened and in the next few days it amazingly turned into a real bouquet of sunflowers. The plant grew so tall that my mom used a ladder to be able to admire its flowers.

Las hormigas son las peores enemigas que tiene mi mamá en su jardín, pero ella les hace la guerra sin tregua y créanme, cuando digo guerra sin tregua.

Ants are the worst enemies my mom has in her garden, but she makes war on them relentlessly, and believe me, when I say relentless war.

Espero hayan disfrutado de estas fotografías especiales para mí. Por cierto, tengo más fotos sobre los girasoles que que espero compartir en esta comunidad en otra oportunidad. Las fotos las tomé con mi cámara Olympus FE-46 12MP, con la que me defendí muy bien por varios años y a la que le debo la mayoría de mis fotos para Hive, por cierto todavía conservo mi cámara.

Me despido deseándole de nuevo Feliz Cumpleaños a mi mamá, a quien amo tanto y confío poder estar con ella para celebrar el próximo año sus 75. ¡Amén!.

I hope you enjoyed these special photographs for me. By the way, I have more photos of sunflowers that I hope to share in this community another time. The photos were taken with my Olympus FE-46 12MP camera, with which I did very well for several years and to which I owe most of my photos for Hive, by the way I still have my camera.

I say goodbye wishing again Happy Birthday to my mom, whom I love so much and I hope to be with her next year to celebrate her 75th birthday. Amen!
