[EN/PT-BR] Connection with a turtle on the best beach in the world | Conexão com uma tartaruga na melhor praia do mundo

Hi everyone!

It's no surprise that Sancho beach was voted the best beach in the world countless times, in 2014, 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2020. Recently, the 2023 ranking made by TripAdvisor once again elected Sancho as the best beach in our planet.

This beautiful beach is located in Fernando de Noronha, a wonderful island belonging to Brazilian territory. Fortunately, I lived on this island for 6 months when I was a volunteer at the Fernando de Noronha National Marine Park.

That day, I took the trail to get to this beach and as I entered the sea I came across this beautiful turtle that gradually approached me.

There are connections that we are not able to explain in words. That was one of them. This turtle was getting so close to me and looking directly into my eyes (look at the photo) as if he wanted to send me a message. An unforgettable moment. Cheer the nature!

Aloha, galera!

Não é à toa que a praia do Sancho foi eleita a melhor praia do mundo inúmeras vezes, nos anos de 2014, 2015, 2017, 2019 e 2020. Recentemente o ranking de 2023 feito pelo TripAdvisor elegeu novamente o Sancho como a melhor praia do nosso planeta.

Essa linda praia fica localizada em Fernando de Noronha, uma ilha maravilhosa pertencente ao território brasileiro. Felizmente eu morei nessa ilha durante 6 meses quando fui voluntária do Parque Nacional Marinho de Fernando de Noronha.

Nesse dia, eu fiz a trilha para chegar até essa praia e ao entrar no mar me deparei com essa linda tartaruga que foi se aproximando de mim aos poucos.

Existem conexões que não somos capazes de explicar em palavras. Essa foi uma delas. Essa tartaruga foi se aproximando tanto de mim e olhando diretamente em meus olhos (repare na foto) como se quisesse me passar alguma mensagem. Um momento inesquecível. Viva a natureza!
