[EN/PT-BR] A late afternoon at the top of the mountain: rappelling day | Um fim de tarde no alto da montanha: dia de rapel

Hi everyone!

Some time ago I told you about the experience I had rappelling at sunrise. If you haven't seen this post, click here. This time I went rappelling in the late afternoon to get another perspective of Costão beach. Together with my family, we left my city and went to Peruíbe. They didn't know about rappelling there yet and were looking forward to it.

Once there, instructor Rodrigo gave all the instructions, as well as telling us a little about the place. It was 30 meters of a family adventure in a very hot summer.

But despite this, that particular day had a very pleasant wind that allowed us to contemplate the place without suffering.

And as incredible as it may seem, the sun only set at 7:20 pm, so we didn't have time to see it “coming down” from the beach. But when we were on the road heading home, we were treated to a beautiful scene of the sun setting. Life is truly incredible.

Aloha, galera!

Algum tempo atrás eu contei pra vocês sobre a experiência que tive com o rapel no nascer do Sol. Se você não viu esse post, clica aqui. Dessa vez fui praticar rapel no final da tarde para ter uma outra perspectiva da praia do Costão. Juntamente com meus familiares, saímos de minha cidade e fomos até Peruíbe. Eles não conheciam ainda o rapel de lá e estavam ansiosos por isso.

Chegando lá, o instrutor Rodrigo passou todas as orientações, além de ter contado um pouco sobre o local. Foram 30 metros de uma aventura em família em um verão muito quente.

Mas apesar disso, aquele dia em especial estava com um vento muito agradável que permitiu contemplar o local sem sofrimentos.

E por incrível que pareça, o Sol se pôs apenas às 19:20, então não deu tempo de vermos ele “descendo” lá da praia. Mas quando estávamos na estrada voltando para casa, fomos presenteados com uma bela cena do Sol se pondo. A vida é incrível mesmo.
