The beauty of a sublime day.

The beauty and peace in nature are catalysts for meditations and dreams. At least that's how I feel about it whenever I see sights like these.

Random shots, so kick your shoes off, sit back, and relax to appreciate the beauty.

We are fortunate to go out during a power cut, not even if no power cut takes place, nature draws me like a magnet. I want to show you how things proceeded on this day, and I know that they're not ordinary landscapes. Reason being, that I focused on the mountains and the clouds. Now you might say that this is ordinary, but once you see the pictures, I think you just might agree that you have seen nothing like it before. Unless you are a regular visitor to my blog that is.
Let's have a look.

It all started like this. The grape vines were cleared for winter and the imposing mountain was backed by some flowing cloud forms.

Here below is a look towards the left of the mountain.

And here's a look towards the right.

A wall of cloud moved ahead over the mountain range and it was a first time for me to see this, as I have not seen the clouds in this formation before.

But later in the day, opposing winds caused the clouds to densify, and here you can see the link between the solitary mountain and the start of the mountain range.

This is a wider look of the first picture in the post.

And finally the day was done but the beauty remained in our hearts.

Appreciation is a big word in my life. Many of us have so many things and the more that we get the more our appreciation wanes. Eventually, we are dulled into boring lives, as nothing can really excite us anymore. Same old, same old is the saying and we forever hanker for something more. Something really special, but we don't know what it is that will really satisfy us. Our way was to realize this, and we got rid of most that we had in the house. Satisfaction took on a new meaning for us and it's not in goods, but rather helping those who have nothing.

This morning, after my doctor appointment, we went out to a poor village near the mountain. At the police station is a Wendy house that is vacant, and they agreed that we can use the Wendy house for a women's empowerment project. Counselling services will also be offered as there are big problems in the village and the women suffer. So, we delivered some goods and next week we hope to have the place rigged out. We are all excited at the new opportunity to try and improve the lives of the abused women in the area. Such is life.

I hope that you have enjoyed the pictures and the story.

And That's All Friends.
