Strange, but oh so lovely.
Never seen this before, and the sky was filled with magical sights.

Magical views can be beautiful, but they can also show a hidden danger, especially if one knows how to read the weather. But it all comes from training, and not from my way of doing things. I live on the practical side, meaning that the next time that I see the views in here, then I will know what to expect. So, I learned a great new lesson, as these are all the signs of a quick and heavy cloudburst later in the day.
Dressed like Eskimos, as it is cold early morning you can imagine an icy blast in the face when one gets out of a car to take some shots. My inner left ear has some problems, and I have to keep the ear warm, as the cold causes it to throb painfully. Thankfully I was wrapped with a warm jacket, that also has what they call a "hoodie". It helps to keep my ears warm.
But enough about me and come to see what it is that I call strange beauty.
Look how the clouds were shaped by the opposing winds.
We were on our way back from an early meeting, and all that I can say about the meeting is that we had some safety discussions, as the land is in turmoil with regards to the illegal migration situation. Things are rough here, and one can never know what to expect.
So, here below is another set of shots that I took on our way back.
Finally, this was the last shot of a beautiful morning.
Not the last shot, as later we had a rain cloud burst and after it stopped, I took some other photos that I will share in another post. For now, the thought was to post the strange early morning cloud formations, as now we know that they are the new signals of rain on its way. I blame that guy that they call El Nino, and as I said before, I would love to have a sit-down chat with him. :)
The talk is that the Atlantic Ocean is warming, and the ice is melting in the Arctic circle. Some say that the sea is rising, and others say that the ocean is decreasing, all again on the El Nino weather system. All that I know is that weird things are occurring in nature, as my camera does not lie, and the views in here seem to confirm the advent of drastic changes.
Such is life.
I hope that you enjoyed the pictures and the story.

Until next time, cheers!
Seeing those clouds clash like opposing winds really made me think of how quickly a cloudburst can follow; the sky was practically warning us. I remember keeping my own ear warm in Bangalore's chill mornings, a simple hoodie can save a lot of pain
Now I check the wether before stepping out for a shoot, hoping my accountant brain can predict the rain :)
Hmm these clouds makes your photography amazing 🤩 great to see it ☺️
I love the energy in these photos
Those are some beautiful cloud formations, winter there seems to have interaction with the oceans and the mountains that really make some interesting formations. I'm glad you bundled up, the last thing you need is an ear infection if you have that bad ear already!
Sorry to hear that illegal migration issue is such a problem, but I think it is everywhere around the world. People looking to make a better life will take drastic measures when they can't legally gain entrance into a location. It's become a huge economic strain in our state of California and the state is near bankrupt anyway. I really think the time to move is arriving faster than I had planned on... But such is life!
Take care of yourself and I'm hoping to see some more nice pictures from our "second" wife here soon! I sent you a few HSBI as well today as an added tip, hopefully it will help out with those curation votes!

Yeah, the winds from inland meet the winds from the ocean above the protection of the mountains, and I think that the wind running upwards from the cracks on the mountain rocks cause the twisted clouds. A painful scenario if I don't protect the ear.
I agree that it's all over the world, and our country made a big mistake when they declared our borders open to all comers. So, it's like closing the door after the horse has bolted, no that they have closed the borders again. As you say, people are desperate to make lives for themselves, and they will go to any lengths to achieve it, as they have nothing to lose.
You must just take care to check the place out where you intend to move to, so that you don't land in another mess.
Don't worry, as you will see pictures from our "second wife" every day :)
Thank you kindly for the gift.
