On the nature beat.

Mountains and landscapes to entertain you with some peaceful beauty.

This world is certainly upside down at the moment with all of the droughts, floods, earthquakes and what not.

So come and spend a serene few minutes in wonder at what you see in here.
I don't know who put this grammar check together as my comment about a serene few minutes and even this one gets underlined as an error and the correct suggestion is a serene few minute! There is no such thing as a few minute! So the grammar check is incorrect.
In any case come and let me show you some more beauties in our surrounding countryside.

My first option is to always find the correct spot to take the photos such as this open local park.

And here at the vineyards is another of my favorite spots for photography.

The old trees stood like sentinels challenging the atmospheres over the years.

Now let's have a look at the sun on some of the hills.

Finally we are sitting today with the wind that they call the Cape Doctor a wind with gusts that clock 6okph today as it tries to blow one of one's feet.
088.JPG

I love the wind and I find comfort at night in my bed when the strange sound of a howling wind is in my ears.

Have a look at this below.

The wind is trapped in the bowl by Table Moutain and enjoys a good swirl around in Cape Town centre. Wind speeds up to 160km/h have been measured around Table Bay. The Cape Doctor usually starts blowing from end of August to March and is most active in November. Gale force winds might just blow your mind. Source

Can you believe it? The wind is 120 kph strong at times and imagine walking in the streets when the cape doctor sings it's song.
It is said that the wind cleans the areas of pestilences, and it also clears the sky. Bringing along a healthy batch of fresh and clean air. That is why it is called the Cape Doctor.

Better indoors than outdoors when this wind arrives. So, we have to watch out for it between August and November.

And That's All Friends.

Beautiful cloud formations and the blue sky is really intense in some of these photos.

Thank you and yes, I also thought that the blue sky enhanced the colors created by the sun and the clouds on the hills.

Your photographs are really extraordinarily beautiful. The colors! Weird about grammar check - I often disagree with it.
