Flights of Sacred Ibises.
I was fortunate to get some sets of birds on camera.

22 birds in the V-formation picture above.
I just knew that it would be a beautiful sunset, but instead of going up to the high spot, I decided to snap the clouds from our garden at home. Just as well, as some of the birds flew right across the roof of our home. Need I tell you that I love to get birds flying in V formations? I don't think so, as I have mentioned it a few times before. The strange thing is that I don't get the birds coming over every summer season, as they migrate to other parts of the coasts along the southern seaboard.
I took a lot of pictures, and it was a bit difficult to place the shots in this post in a consequent order, but I think that I got it right from memory. I have done many posts over the past to show how the setting sun colored the clouds here at home, and even with a limited view of the sky. I can still get some beautiful clouds. We are close to the ocean that is at the west where the sun sets, and we have a grandstand view from our garden in the opposite side in the east.
This below was the first formation that unexpectedly appeared before the sunset.
And here are four shots of the sunset as it colored the clouds.
I was a bit late on this shot, as the sunset was almost over.
The moon confirmed that the sunset was done.
And yet another two sets of birds came over.
It made me very happy to get so many shots of the V-formations that the birds fly.
So, at home or out in nature many surprises await a photographer, and it is just a matter of going out to look for them. Always such a pleasure to see something that one loves, and I really love nature, as it relieves all my stresses. I've captioned the photos, but you are welcome to let the photos talk to you with your own view of them. They say that one picture tells a thousand words, and that is based on our different views. So, maybe you can tell me what it is that you see in here. What do the pictures tell you?
Such is life.
I hope you enjoyed the pictures and story.

These photos look absolutely majestic. The V shape and the cloudy sky are just phenomenal. Have an amazing day ahead my friend.
