Clouds to bring you peace.

Nowadays there is no peace in this warring world, and everyone is on edge.

So, let's take some time out to watch another end of the day show.

Gas prices have gone through the roof, and never in my long life did I think that I would have to pay a small fortune for a liter of gas. In our country, we call gas, for a car, petrol. In my younger days, one could fill a car's tank with 5 ZAR, and now one has to pay an estimated gas (petrol) price of around about 29 ZAR for a liter. I say an estimated amount, as our official gas prices are issued on the first Wednesday of every month.

It might cost even more, and there is panic over here, as when the gas prices rise, food and most all products and other services have price increases. Not only the gas, but our electricity bills will also be increased to a set 8,5%, and on top of that other increases await. Life is becoming very expensive here, and as usual, it is the poor that suffer the most. The problems are not only here in our country, as it is worldwide and one just has to cling on for a wild ride.

A wild ride on show here below as the clouds battled for supremacy.

Now I know you will make nothing of this picture below but let me show you how it changed in the three shots below.

The wind blew the pictures above away, and a lovely blue sky appeared again. I played with the sun behind a tree. (three shots)

The moon also peeped at me, and I think it likes my camera :)

Finally, the sunset colored the clouds, but it didn't last for long.

We are all travelling on a surfboard of life, and like the ocean waves we also have ups and downs. Things are not going well lately and there is much talk about World War III, but we prefer not to listen to it as we believe that things will sort themselves out. Everyone has also too much to lose, and even to think about how many lives have already been lost is just sickening. We can only hope and pray. All women and children do not deserve death by some senseless bombs. We are all in for a wild ride and let's hope that all the issues will blow over just like the clouds, in this post, cleared and finally colored the skies.
