...and then laced with sunshine juice in the second shot.

A misty morning can also create great views, and landscapes. So, what I have in here to share is to get you to have a look at some stunning views. Yes, it was cold, as we are in winter now, but we are survivors, and nothing that a hot mug of coffee can't heal. Very few people were out and about, which made our experiences with the views even better. After the first four shots, I travelled around a bit to show you what some other areas had on show. And to me at least it was all beautiful.
Come and see.

The wind in the shot below tilted the tree a bit, but a faint sun halo was on show, as you can see the faded circle in the pictures.

I just had to try and include the mountain range, and only a bit of it below the tree.

See the top two lines of grey dotted clouds, with the white line below it? Well keep it in mind as I will show you in the last pictures where it all went.

Now let me show you the rear of our Table Mountain with the dotted clouds on it.

At a distance of about 45 kilometers from us that line of cloud on the mountain looked spectacular.

Finally, at the ocean side, things looked darker, but you can see that the line of cloud ran all the way round on the mountains.

Some days are just like this, and we love it, as mist means mystic to us, and we normally take deep breaths of the misty air, as it is a mix of mountain and ocean air that we smell. The mist rise up from the ocean, and then the wind transports the mist inland to be blocked by the mountains. Sometimes everything gets wrapped by a darker mist, as you will see in the last photo, but on this morning, it was only a light mist inland.

Ideal for photography, as you can see in the colors and the images on show in here. Things were also not wet, except for an icy wind that strokes one's ears and tries to invade one's nostrils :) Lightheaded stuff indeed, and it gives me a strange uplifting experience. Until the sneezes start later in the day, but that is also bearable, as the commission was concluded, because I got what I wanted.
Such is life.
