An early winter sunset.

We are in the last part of the autumn season, but winter decided otherwise.

Knocking on the door earlier than usual with tons of rain to announce its presence.

This is the later part of the day after yesterday's cloudy blue post, as I had an idea to go and look at the sunset. And so, my two wives and I got into our car and travelled up to a high spot to get the sunset. Two wives? Yeah, my wife says that my camera is my second wife :)
I have to admit that my camera bag stays with me wherever I go, and so does my wife, which might seem to be a bit unnatural, but to us it makes much sense, as we have an abundance of nature here and if I see something nice, or extraordinary, then I have the camera to share here on Hive. I will tell you my wife's part at the end of the post.

Just in time to get the shot below as I got out of the car.

Back to the sunset, and I am addicted to sunrays as you will see below.

There was a lot of cloud about, and it was difficult to get the full sun on camera as it played a hide-and-seek game with me. But the colors made up for it and the wind was driving the clouds from the right hand (north) across the horizon to the south. I always try to understand the wind directions whenever I take shots of the sky, as then I get to fathom the way that the clouds would travel. It is also important for me because I then know how to wait for a certain cloud to arrive in order to take the shots.

Okay, as I said above my wife is also always by my side as I cannot walk alone anymore. I have had a few falls lately, due to the uneven terrain that I walk on, and I get such sharp stabs in the knee of my gammy leg that I cannot even stand or step on it. So, then it is only one way, I have to kiss Mother Earth (fall down). My wife acts as a guide and she warns me every time that she sees a sudden dip or a sudden rise in the path. The problem I have with the knee is that the cartilage is gone and so a wrong step results in the knee going bone to bone.

But that's just me and I can still cope with things. In any case, the weather is strange not only here as one can see the power of nature across the world. Thank goodness we don't have Tsunamis or Typhoons here in our country, but the wildfires and floods make up for it. The word is out that the African continent is starting to split apart, and whether this is true or not I wonder if this will ever happen. So many stories going about lately, especially with the false stories created lately with AI.
Such is life.
