A music fest in nature.

Two famous singers were on show, but this was not normal fare, as they were identical twins.
Here below you can see one of their fans dashing to get a seat.

Some fun on what they call Blue Monday, and I don't know how many of you have hungry kids at home, at the end of the day, but it is fitting for the end part of this post as you will see later.
For now, I present to you the famous singers, Himon and Artfunkel, the famous duo appearing on the aloe stage.

Starting off with their version of the song "Summertime".

"Summertime and the livin' is easy.
Fish are jumpin' and the cotton is high...
Oh, oh, your Daddy's rich and your Ma is good lookin'.
So hush little baby don't you cry.

One of these mornings
You're going to rise up singing...
Then you'll spread your wings and take to the sky...
But till that morning, there's nothing can harm you.

So hush little baby don't you cry".

Everything and everyone in nature came to a startled stop to listen to the song, as winter was cold and dreary out here.

After the fest it was time to eat.

Some of the fans that attended the show had hungry kids at home and the parents had to pick up some take-away food for the children.

We could hear the shouts of the children; Yay, a butterfly hamburger!

And finally, at the end of the day, there was peace in the valley.

Life in nature can indeed be fun, if you look at it in a humorous way. And depending on one's mindset, everything can be turned into a laugh. We slave away every day, trying to earn a living and to gather riches for security and we miss out on so much in life. Some say live for every day, but I say live for every moment, as 100 years from now someone else will own everything that you have today. So take things easy as life is not what we think it is.
Just my own thoughts.

I hope you have enjoyed the story and the pictures.

And That's All Friends.

I love squirrels so much. We have few that live in pepper trees down the road. They are just soooo freakin' cute! Look at those cheeks, ears, tale, body.. They are so fast!

All your pics continue to brighten my day my good friend. Keep well.

Really painful I live in an urban area, so I do have to take a long journey to places where I can enjoy the beauty of nature.

Nature brings healing and solution

That might sound weird but it's the truth

Being close to nature slow the progression of stress and anxiety issues, as well as other issues which appear to slow us down.

Another beautiful story today, amazing photographs as usual. I really appreciate your work. Thanks for sharing

Oh yes, an urban area is not conducive when it comes to one's health and for us here, nature is a wonderful escape. Serenity for the soul and solace for the mind are to be found in nature.

Glad that you appreciate my work.

The color on these birds is unreal. They look like they're having a busy day. Great shots!

Thank you and yes, their colors blend in so well with the surrounding nature. Not easy to see them, but I follow their songs.

All gone now my friend. The squirrels, geese, robins, sunbirds, all gone.
There is no feeding of animals at our old place.
