A cloudy battle for freedom.
Not very good light conditions but I persevered and it worked out well.
As I watched the show, of the cloud on the mountain peak, I saw something interesting. Occasionally the updraft from below ripped pieces of cloud off from the main cloud on the mountain, and so my interest was aroused as I thought to create a story about freedom. In life we are trapped in so many ways, and I think here of the poor that are trapped in poverty, and rich people are also trapped by their wealth in fear that they might lose it.
Man's real home is not a house, but the road, and that life itself is a journey to be walked on foot.

The wind was ripping off small pieces of cloud from the cloud on the mountain top.
But it wasn't easy to rip it off and watch how the big cloud tried to block the escape of the smaller cloud.
Oh yeah, that little cloud persevered in its struggle for freedom.
At last, the smaller cloud won the battle, and it flew away at speed.
So, it is a battle of unequals in this world, and everyone is dreaming of pure freedom. This fight for freedom inspired me to show it to you with the clouds as an example of the escape to freedom. Life clings to us and we think we will live forever, in our current circumstances good or bad, but all of us have a limited time to journey on this earth and then we will go out like we came in, naked with nothing.
Some days I think everything that we see is only an illusion, especially after a long life, as so many chapters during that life just disappear from our thoughts, almost like it never was. Once upon a time I had a family. We laughed and loved, and now they are all gone, almost like they never were. I was good at sports, and my mom had a showcase with all of my trophies in it to show her friends. But that is also all gone now. My saving grace is I have learned to live in the now, and not to carry a bag of memories on my back.
Such is life.

What a beautiful capture of that updraft blowing that cloud free. That took some patience to watch the event happen and document it with nice pictures. I too love looking at clouds in dynamic action, they can be fascinating!
You're right about life, it's a journey. Things from our childhood are long gone, to me it almost seems like it was a completely different world. One when things were so much less complicated, yet I was in a rush to grow up and be one my own. Little did I realize just how good I had things back then. You have to enjoy the now, because that is all we really have. There is no guarantee that we will still be around in five years, or even tomorrow for that matter. But we do have right now and it should be savored and enjoyed.
Memories are great, but that's all they are now... I'm glad you learned what's truly important in life. So many don't learn it until it's too late! Have a great day, and for an inspirational post! A tip as always:
