Reunions with friends are always heartwarming 💕

Pero, si tienen la gran dicha, esas relaciones nunca se rompen sino que siempre continúan a pesar de estar tan separados. Bueno, justo eso me sucede a mi...

Hello hello, beautiful hivers! It's always a great pleasure to greet you and share with you, have you ever thought how far we sometimes move away from our friends? But, if you are lucky enough, those relationships never break but always continue even though we are so far apart. Well, that's just what happens to me....

El regreso a mi casa durante los festejos de diciembre fue toda una montaña rusa llena de emociones y reencuentros y no solo con mi familia sino también con mis amigos. Cada que regreso a casa asi sea por un lapso muy corto de tiempo, suelo reunirme con mis amigos, aquellos que crecieron conmigo y que donde sea que estemos siempre lo serán y siempre nos tendremos un gran amor. Todos estamos dispersos en distintos estados, excepto una de mis mejores amigas y yo que si vivimos en la mismas ciudad pues estudiamos en la misma universidad. Pero el resto, está bastante lejos y cada quien se ha concentrado en lo suyo y en hacer su vida.

Returning home during the December holidays was a roller coaster ride full of emotions and reunions, not only with my family but also with my friends. Every time I return home, even for a very short period of time, I usually reunite with my friends, those who grew up with me and wherever we are we will always be and will always have a great love for each other. We are all scattered in different states, except for one of my best friends and I who live in the same city because we study in the same university. But the rest of us are far away and everyone has concentrated on their own things and making a life for themselves.

Debido a que nos encontramos tan inmersos en nuestros estudios universitarios, problemas personales, trabajo y demás; cada que regresamos a la cuidad donde vivimos actualmente solemos distanciarnos, hablar muy poco o quizá nunca hablar y es por eso que disfrutamos las vacaciones ya que cuando regresamos a casa podemos compartir y contar todo lo que hemos vivido últimamente. Este diciembre, luego de mucho tiempo, todos mis amigos estaban en casa, ya que algunos, al igual que yo, no habían regresado a casa para esas fiestas en algún tiempo. Uno de mis mejores amigos, estaba fuera del país y hacía ya 3 años que se había ido y que no nos veíamos así que este reencuentro fue sin duda el mejor. 🥺

Because we are so immersed in our university studies, personal problems, work and so on; every time we return to the city where we currently live we tend to distance ourselves, talk very little or maybe never talk at all and that is why we enjoy the vacations because when we return home we can share and tell everything we have lived lately. This December, after a long time, all my friends were home, as some, like me, had not been home for the holidays in some time. One of my best friends was out of the country and it had been 3 years since he had left and we had not seen each other, so this reunion was undoubtedly the best.🥺

En la noche de navidad, decidimos que luego de pasar noche buena con nuestra familia, nos reuniríamos en casa de uno de nuestros amigos para pasar un rato agradable nosotros y compartir todo lo que no habíamos podido compartir en tanto tiempo. Una de nuestras amigas no pudo ir ya que se sentía algo cansada y decidió esa noche dormir en casa, pero el resto de mis amigos y yo, que realmente somos muy pocos pero nos divertimos mucho juntos, si decidimos ir a casa de nuestro amigo y amanecer hablando de como habia sido nuestra vida este último año y justo eso hicimos.

On Christmas night, we decided that after spending Christmas Eve with our family, we would get together at one of our friends' house to spend a nice time together and share everything we had not been able to share for so long. One of our friends could not go because she felt a little tired and decided to sleep at home that night, but the rest of my friends and I, who really are very few but we had a lot of fun together, we decided to go to our friend's house and wake up talking about how our life had been this last year and that's exactly what we did.

Toda esa noche increíblemente ninguno sintió ni un poco de sueño, pues la conversación era tan agradable que no paramos de hablar y de contar anécdotas, historias, situaciones y en general todo lo vivido y todo lo que aprendimos durante este año que desde nuestro punto de vista, estuvimos de acuerdo en que sentimos que pasó tan rápido como un abrir y cerrar de ojos. Y así pasamos toda la noche, algo fuera de lo convencional pero bastante divertido, entre historias y jugando charadas llegamos al amanecer sin siquiera darnos cuentas hasta que vimos como el cielo esclarecia. Estos son los recuerdos que quiero llevar siempre y los momentos que deseo repetir. Fue un maravilloso reencuentro.🌇

All that night incredibly none of us felt even a little bit sleepy, because the conversation was so pleasant that we did not stop talking and telling anecdotes, stories, situations and in general everything we had lived and everything we had learned during this year that from our point of view, we agreed that we felt that it passed as fast as the blink of an eye. And so we spent the whole night, something unconventional but quite fun, between stories and playing charades we arrived at dawn without even realizing it until we saw the sky lighten. These are the memories I always want to carry with me and the moments I wish to repeat. It was a wonderful reunion.🌇
