Morbid responsibility

Obviously, poor nutrition in people is a global, social, educational and health problem; a total complication between fighting to say no to unhealthy food and what is. The brain says one thing, the eyes taste and the heart another; Given all this, many questions arise and the most common is who is responsible for so much eating disorder in people that is noticeable from children to adults.
It will be that looking for or pointing out the guilty makes those who do not eat healthy feel better, it is quite feasible to evade and not accept a morbid responsibility. Making the caveat that there are different situations and not all people have the conditions and means to have food options at their disposal and decide to eat the most correct for their physical and mental well-being. It is known that there are many cases of malnutrition, on the one hand, the excess consumption of flour, on the other, and it is given because either they do not have anything to eat or they will only have one type of food.
There is a matter of comfort, of lack of time and ultimately of leading a life as they want and eating what provokes them; only when the body begins to alert them that something is wrong, do they realize how irresponsible they have been with their diet.
Faced with this situation, we must act quickly, educate and teach people how to eat and not give so much priority to the claim, to blame because that makes the situation worse. It is necessary to encourage and support that if you can achieve a change in your life and live healthy, obesity can bring serious consequences such as the different diseases that are already known and many suffer from.
